A narrower selection is granted. Use item and field rules to keep access specific.

The agent can request any item in that category, subject to tier, approval, expiry, and lockdown rules.

Agent administration

An owner can separately delegate control over the same space or the entire agent workspace. Admin scope does not grant profile data access or allow onward delegation.
